The website https://footsteps.bangor.ac.uk (the “Website”) is operated by Bangor University (registered charity number 1141565) of College Road, Bangor, LL57 2DG (the “University”) (“Bangor, or “We” or “Us”).
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) set out Your rights and obligations in using the Website. By using the Website, you (”You” or “Your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and data collection notice.

- 5.2 Failure by any Party to exercise or enforce any rights conferred upon it by these Terms shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any such rights or operate so as to prevent the exercise and enforcement at any subsequent time or times of that right or any other rights.
- 5.3 If any provision of these Terms shall be found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other part of the provision or the other provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
- 6. Privacy Policy and Data Protection
- 6.1 The University is a Registered Data Controller as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998. Any personal details collected through this Website and provided by You will be processed in accordance with the Act, and will only be used for the purpose or purposes stated on the Website.
- 6.2 Information collected on this Website is owned by Bangor. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is stated in this Policy or as set out on the collection point on the Website.
